Nana Bunn woke me up at the end of a gun

when the sun's up, we don’t sleep til the work is  done

go on and fill your plate, but eat every crumb

and before you head to bed, be sure to have fun

Now Nana says it’s time

she was getting along

and that I’ll know what to do

long after she’s gone
